The Halifax Mooseheads defeated the Saguenéens in Chicoutimi on Thursday night with a final score of 6-3.
Philippe Gadoury picked up two goals and an assist. Timo Meier also scored twice, while Connor Moynihan and Nikolaj Ehlers each had a goal and an assist.
Halifax out-shot Chicoutimi 39-26.
The win brings the Mooseheads’ record up to 29-23-4-2. They’re currently sitting in 10th place in the overall standings.
